The Port of Slidell® is on Bayou Bonfouca on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana USA, at the intersection of Bayou Liberty Road and Canulette Road.
The Port is situated on 58 acres fronting Bayou Bonfouca. The Port features 1 mile± of waterfront for mooring and shipping and handling various marine cargoes, a private 325' L x 60' W x 40' D graving dock, major warehouses and machine shops equipped with overhead bridge cranes, large waterfront steel/pipe fabrication layout slabs, and it benefits from the areas highly-trained and stable workforce. The Port is located at the crossroads linking the waterways with the convergence of interstate highways I-10, I-59, and I-12 in south Louisiana.
